We are now looking for enthusiastic and hardworking applicants to fill the following positions: 

 

Senior Planner

 

This position would suit a fully qualified Town Planner whose post-qualification experience has served to demonstrate an aptitude for finding creative solutions to a wide variety of planning problems. 

Whilst benefiting from the support of our collaborative approach you should be able to work independently, have good communication skills and the ability to write professionally, clearly and persuasively.

The ideal applicant would also need to be eligible for membership of the RTPI and have relevant private sector experience.

Associate

 

This position would suit a fully qualified Town Planner with the necessary experience and competence to deal successfully with more complex applications and appeals. In particular, you should have an established track record in leading and coordinating the input of other consultants to deliver robust and comprehensive development proposals.

In supporting our collaborative approach, you will also help to coach and develop other members of the team and contribute to the ongoing growth of our large client base.

The successful applicant will also be a corporate member of the RTPI and ideally have both public and private sector experience.

Planning Assistant

​

This position would suit a post-graduate looking to gain practical experience of working within the planning sector.  

Whilst benefiting from a collaborative and supportive working environment, you should be able to work independently, prioritise effectively, whilst also being flexible.  You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and present information accurately and concisely.

You should have a demonstrable knowledge of current and emerging planning legislation and an understanding of the operation of the UK development management system.  You should be enthusiastic and motivated, with a willingness to learn as part of an award-winning consultancy.

The ideal applicant will have a degree in a Town Planning discipline and be eligible for membership of the RTPI (or working towards it) and preferably have some relevant experience.
